Why have I not received my tracking information?Updated 8 months ago

Here are some reasons why you might not have received tracking information:

  1. Processing Time: Once an order is placed, it can take 3-5 business days (excluding weekends) for our brand partners to process and ship it. Tracking information is typically sent once your order has been dispatched. If your order is still being processed, tracking may not be available yet.

  2. Email Delays: Occasionally, there may be a slight delay in sending tracking details due to system processing. If you believe that your order has shipped but you haven’t received any tracking information, please check your spam/junk folder just in case the relevant email was filtered there.

  3. Backordered or Custom Products: If your order includes a backordered or custom product, shipping might take longer. In this case, you’ll receive tracking information once the full order has been shipped.

If it's been more than five business days and you still haven’t received a dispatch confirmation, please reach out to us and we’ll happily provide an update.
