Wondering why your tracking status hasn’t changed? We know it’s frustrating when you’re excited for an order, so here’s the lowdown on tracking updates.

Sometimes, tracking information may not update right away for a few common reasons:

  • Carrier Processing Delays: Once your package is picked up, it may take some time for the carrier to update their system. This can happen during high-traffic periods or on weekends.

  • In-Transit Scans: Some carriers only update tracking at key points in transit, so there could be stretches without updates until your package reaches a major hub.

  • Technical Glitches: Occasionally, there may be a delay in data syncing between the carrier and our system, which can cause tracking info to appear stuck.
