How can I change my shipping address?Updated 5 months ago

We get it—sometimes things slip through, and you realize an address update is needed.

Once an order is placed, we can’t always change your address. But if you contact us as soon as possible, and confirm the address you would like us to deliver to, our support team will try to intercept your order so that its destination can be updated.

If the order has already shipped, any address updates might be out of our hands, as most carriers do not allow changes during transit—but we’ll try our best!

If it’s too late to make a change (i.e. order is out for delivery) and you’re unable to receive your order at the address you provided during checkout, we recommend arranging for someone else to accept its receipt on your behalf.

Alternatively, we recommend contacting your local post office or courier depot, to see if they can help you arrange to pick up your package from their premises.
