Why was my order flagged for a fraud check?Updated 5 months ago
Due to high volumes of fraudulent charges, we try our best to ensure that we are taking the necessary steps to protect our customers and our company.
All orders that come through our system are automatically reviewed. If your order is flagged, it means some of the information on your order is suspicious, or that your profile matches that of a similar fraud order we've previously seen.
Sometimes, this can happen if you are using a credit card that has a different billing address than your shipping address, or if the name on either is different from the billing details of your credit card—we hope you can understand why we're being cautious to double check that these order details are correct!
To proceed with your order we do have to verify your information, so please send us an email that includes one or both of these documents along with your order number:
Identification with proof of address (a driver's license or government-issued ID)
Copy of your credit card statement where your purchase from us is clearly shown
Once our support team has received your documentation, a review process will take place within 48 hours. Your order will then automatically move to processing (if verification is successful), or be canceled (if verification fails).
